お知合いの方に頼まれて、
海外銀行の、
使えなくなったATMカードの交換をしに、
旅行のついでに現地の銀行に行きました。
＊通帳
＊古いATMカード
＊本人のパスポート
＊委任状
＊私のパスポート
を持参しました。
支店のスタッフさんが
電話でオフィサーさんに
確認してくれましたが、
代理人では交換できませんでした。
そのかわり、
本人からメールをすれば、
口座解約をして、残金を
日本の口座に送るとのことで、
メールの書き方例を
こちらに記載します。
